White Gravy Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken: 1/2 kg (Cut into large pieces)
Red Chili Powder: 1 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
Oil: 1 cup
Yogurt: 1/2 Cup
Onions: 2 (cut into slices)
Cream: 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Recipe
First of all, take a saucepan and heat the oil in it. Now add slices of onion to the pan and fry it till it changes its color. When it becomes golden, add chicken to the pan and leave it to fry.
Now take another pan and add two-three tablespoons of oil to it. Heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste to it. Add red chili powder and salt when the paste changes its color and fry for one minute.
Then add Yogurt to the ginger garlic paste. Put the fried chicken in the pan and cover the saucepan with the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
After that, add cream to it and mix well. Now keep it on the low flame for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, turn off the flame. White Chicken Gravy is ready. Remove it from a serving dish and serve it.
